Lydia hails from country Victoria and studied Osteopathy at VU in Melbourne.

Lydia has always been fascinated by the structure and function of the human body, and this greatly influences her classically osteopathic approach to treatment. After all the basic tenet of osteopathic medicine is that structure and function are reciprocally related. Optimal structure allows optimal function, optimal function supports optimal structure.

So her intention is to get you back to enjoying the things you need to enjoy, and be able to do the things you need to do.

If you are looking for osteopathic care that suits your own unique lifestyle and goals, and you want to partner with someone who will support you through the ups and downs of the process ... have chat to Lydia. Oh, except from June 2022 when she will be off having her first baby for a few months.
